At Spynzo, we strive to deliver high-quality service so that you never have a reason to request a return or refund. However, if something does go wrong, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and warranty claims are handled. Our Laundry services include dry cleaning, wash and fold, wash and iron, steam ironing, carpet, curtains, shoes laundry.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive:
- A damaged or defective product, or
- A product that does not match the specifications of your original order,
Please follow the steps below.
1.1 Reporting an Issue
- You must inform our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear photograph of the product showing the issue.
- Once we receive your complaint, we will review and verify the details and the nature of the problem.
1.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
If you fail to do so, Spynzo will not be liable to replace or refund the product.
- The product must be unused.
- Supporting photographs of the damage or defect must be shared with our customer support team for validation.
1.3 Return Process
- If our verification confirms that your claim is valid, we will arrange a pickup of the product through our logistics partner.
- If we are unable to arrange a pickup, we will ask you to send the product back using a reputed courier service within one (1) day of receiving our notification

In such cases, courier charges will be reimbursed in a manner decided by our logistics team, after prior consultation with you.
1.4 Refunds or Repairs
Once the returned product is received and accepted:
- We may repair the product, replace it, or
- Refund the amount you originally paid for the product, at our sole discretion.
1.5 Refund Timelines & Mode
Refunds will be processed based on the original mode of payment:
- For online payments (card / UPI / net banking, etc.):
Refunds will typically be processed within 7–21 working days to your bank/account, or via cheque, depending on the prevailing process at that time.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds will be made.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 When You Can Cancel
- You may cancel your order any time before the date of dispatch/delivery.
- Once processing or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.
2.2 How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order:
- Contact our customer support team via phone or other official support channels.
- You may also be asked to email your cancellation request for confirmation.
- Our customer support team will process your request and confirm cancellation within 5 business days.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days from the date your cancellation is approved.
3. Warranties & Claims
3.1 Warranty Coverage
Certain products may come with a warranty. Where applicable, Spynzo products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or inappropriate use
- Damage due to accident or external factors
Within the warranty period, and subject to terms:
- We may, at our sole discretion, repair or replace parts that fail under normal use.
- Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
3.2 Costs & Exclusions
- Warranty repairs or replacements will be carried out without any charge for parts or labour.
- You are responsible for transportation/shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or marks.
- Damage arising from accident, abuse, misuse, liquid damage, fire, flood, or other external causes.
- Damage caused by unauthorized service or repair not performed by Spynzo or its authorized partners.
- Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with.
3.3 How to Make a Warranty Claim
To obtain warranty service:
- Contact Spynzo customer support with:
- Proof of purchase, and
- Details of the issue.
- Our team will guide you through the process and next steps.
